Every panel is built in our own Dubai workshop rather than imported flat-packed. The process starts with a design and single-line review, then sheet-metal fabrication — cutting, bending, punching and powder-coating of the enclosure. Tinned electrolytic copper busbars are cut, drilled and shrouded to the calculated current rating and mounted on cast-resin insulators. Component assembly follows: breakers, contactors, relays and instruments are fitted, then wired and ferruled to the wiring diagram with clear labelling. Each board is inspected and tested — continuity, torque checks, insulation resistance and functional testing of controls — before dispatch. Building in-house lets us match busbar bracing, form of separation and enclosure IP rating to the actual project brief.
We manufacture the full low-voltage range: main distribution boards (MDB), sub-main and final boards (SMDB/FDB), motor control centres (MCC) with DOL, star-delta, soft-starter and VFD feeders, automatic power-factor correction (APFC) capacitor banks, ATS changeover panels with bypass, and pump and custom control panels. Assemblies are built to the IEC 61439 standard for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear, with attention to temperature rise, short-circuit withstand and the appropriate form of internal separation. For projects connecting to the Dubai network we build to DEWA requirements, and we specify enclosures to the required IP rating for indoor or outdoor service. Ratings, breaking capacity and busbar sizing are selected to suit each site's fault level and load schedule.
To price a panel accurately we need a few details. The most useful is a single-line diagram or schematic, but even a load schedule or list of outgoing ways gets us started. Tell us the incomer rating and type (ACB or MCCB), the main busbar current and required short-circuit rating (kA), the number and size of outgoing feeders, and any starters or drives for motor loads. Note the preferred component brand, the enclosure type and IP rating, whether the board sits indoors or outdoors, and whether DEWA compliance is required. Add the delivery emirate and quantity.
